LendsBay is a new platform for mutual lending, where investors and borrowers meet on mutually beneficial terms. You can not only place an application for a loan and receive funds without unnecessary bureaucracy, but also invest in projects hosted on the site at a favorable interest rate.

All transactions go through a nominal account, which ensures safety for all users of the site.

Also in the application, you can keep all your loans, debts or any expenses in one place, set up reminders and track all your payments. If you often borrow from friends or acquaintances, you can use the free execution of a legal agreement to secure the terms of the loan.

With LendsBay you can:

Maximum interest rate - 1210% per year

Application reward is up to 4% of the amount on hand

An example of calculating the total cost of a loan:

The requested amount on hand is 100,000 rubles.

Term - 6 months.

The rate in the contract is 27%.

The remuneration of Landsbay LLC is 4% of the requested amount, i.e. 4000 rubles.

The amount in the loan agreement is 104,000 rubles (after signing the agreement, 100,000 rubles are sent to the borrower, and 4,000 rubles in the form of remuneration to LLC Landsbay)

The total cost of the loan (PSK) - 41.7% per annum (calculated taking into account the remuneration of Landsbay LLC)

Loan details:

Amount on hand to the Borrower - 100,000 rubles

The amount in the loan agreement - 104,000 rubles

The amount of accrued interest - 8 344 rubles

Landsbay LLC remuneration - 4000 rubles

Overpayment of the Borrower, taking into account the remuneration of LLC Landsbay - 12 344 rubles

Monthly payment - 18,274 rubles

The total amount to be returned is 112 344 rubles

The penalty for late payment is 1% per day of the amount in the loan agreement, added to the rate in the agreement. For this example, it is - 1,117 rubles per day.
